Dear all,

I am doing private placement for allotment of shares for which i have conducted BM on 29th Dec,2015 and then hold EGM and passed SR on 30th Jan, 2016 now as per the requirement PAAS 3 needs to be filed within 30days. ie till 2nd March 2016 without incurring Additional fees ..

My querry can i file MGT 14, GNL 2 and PAS 3 all the forms together on the same date before or on 2nd March 2016 to avoid additional fees.

And for return of allotment i need to pass BR when should i conduct the same so that i can avoid additional fees in ROC

Dear Dhara,

As per my knowledge it is advisable to first file e-forms MGT-14 & GNL-2 then PAS-3.

my company wants to show in provisiional BS with the revised paid up capital as on 31st jan 2016. so i need to compulsory file the form within 30days of offer given ie EGM to avoid additional fees.. what can be done in this case

@ Dhara totally agreed with Ramkumar.

Firstly you have to file MGT-14 for resolution then GNL -2 for offer letter and then finally PAS-3.

* you can file all the forms on same date with above sequence.

Dear all,

For Private Placement i have filed form GNL2 , the status on the site is showing still "PENDING FOR ACTION." Can i file form PAS 3 or i need to wait for APPROVAL of form GNL 2 and then file PAS 3
