Friends, I have one Query, In Private Placement by Pvt. Ltd. Co., In Offer letter, for howmany days (maximum and minimum) the offer should kept open?

Hi Ekta, as far as i know, no time frame has been mentioned for private placement offer letter.....however for rights issue it has been mentioned in sec 62.......
So i think that it will be the prerogative of the company to decide the time frame....it can also follow the one mentioned for rights issue....
