I have just incorporated a pvt ltd company and have recieved the Certificate of incorporation. Can anyone provide me a list of what i must do after this- ie- appointment of of first auditors, statutory meeting etc... what are the ROC compliances i must follow?

Agenda Items of First Board Meeting
After incorporation of Company, it is necessary to hold a Board Meeting to discuss all matter required after incorporation. There are following agenda items to be discussed in first Board Meeting:
1. Adoption of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Acceptance of Registered office of the Company
3. Opening of Bank Account
4. Appointment of first directors
5. Appointment of first Auditor
6. Allotment of shares to subscriber of Memorandum
7. Adoption of common seal
8. Take note of Pr-incorporation expenses
9. Deciding financial year of the company
10. Maintenance of statutory Books of the Company
11. Authorisation for filing ROC forms of the company
There is no need to file any form with ROC, until you have make any extra events in the company.
