Printing of Shares ??????

Hi,

1. At 4th stage, you have to issue 2 fresh share certificates to Mr. E and Mr. F. Because there is split and transfer.

2. At 2nd and 3rd stage. no need to issue the fresh share certificates.

At stage 2, The same share certificates of A and B should be handed over to to C by writing the transfer details on backside of share certificates.

3.  stage 2 and stage 3 are similar.

according to ur reply, 2 new share certificate has to be issued.

whose name shud be mentioned in the front of these 2 new certificates ? n what details to be mentioned on the back side of the certificate? nd what about the certificate number?

Mr.B- Share Certificate no.2

Then, Mr.E- Share Certificate no.3

 and Mr.F- Share Certificate no.4

At Stage- 1: two share certificates will be issued for 10,000 shares each in the name of Mr. A and B respectively.

At Stage- 2: since all the shares are being transfered to Mr. C, on the back side of both Certificates name of Mr. C will be written only (also called Endoresement).

At Stage- 3 since the shares again are being transfered to Mr. D, on the back side name of Mr. D will be written.

At Stage- 4 Mr. D will submit the share certificates with the Company and request to split the existing share certificates into denomination of 15,000 and 5,000. This time both the Share Certificates will be issued in the name of Mr. D and by virtue of transfer endorsement will be made at the back side in the name of Mr. E and F.

Hence, in totallity 4 share Certificates will be printed.

Adarsh , to question No 1 : Only at fourth stage new certificates need be issued . At 4th stage Mr. D shud handover the certificate to the company and ask for split to enable the transfer. the company will cancel certifcate no 1 and 2 of 10,000 sh each and will issue certificate no 3 and 4 of 15000 and 5000 resptively.

Qustn No 2 : certificate no 3 and 4 will be isuued in the name of Mr. D ( coz  at the point of split and issue Mr. D is the person whose name is there in the Reg of members . its only after that Mr.D will show the transfer on the back side of the certificate ) So on the front side of certfc no 3 and 4 the name is of Mr.D

Question No 3 : On the back side of certificate no 1 and 2 - both name of C and D will come as transferee . and on the back  of certifcate no 3 ( for 15000 sh ) transferee name Mr.E and on the back of certfct no 4 ( 5000 sh ) transferee name Mr. F.

what is the differnce between Certification of Shares & Split of shares ?

whether, in 4th stage, the same procedure has to be followed in case of both certification or split of shares ?
