YES its possible.

Go to File - Print - Pages --- specify page no.s you want and separate them by comma e.g. if you want only even pages then spacify as 2,4,6,8 like this.

BUT FRND, IN EXCEL 2003, I COULD ABLE TO PRINT BY FOLLOWING YOUR PROCEDURE.

IT SAYS THAT INTEGR IS NOT ALLOWED.

This option is not present in Excel. You have to use the Macro, which is attached herewith.

Dear Manoj,

I downloaded the file nothing found.Pl explain

To go to Macro Codes Press Alt + F11, Copy the codes and paste it into your Excel File. Save it, Run Macro and you will be able to print all the Even Pages. If you want to Print Odd Pages change 2 to 1 in Macro Codes. Manoj Garg

AND MANOJ, I TRIED WAT U'VE SAID AND ITS WORKING BUT CAN WE ENABLE THE SAID MACROS IN ALL OUR EXCEL FILES? I MEAN WITHOUT OPENING THE DOWNLOADED FILE, CAN WE SAVE THAT MACROS IN OUR ALL EXCEL FILES. SO THAT WE CAN TAKE PRINT OUT , WITHOUT OPENING THE DOWNLOADED FILE.

I will prepare the file and upload in a couple of days.
