Presentation matters

In my opinion you sholud answer your Case study based question in small paragraphs.

in first para you should explain the case is related to this....provision of ..... act and explain the provisions in brief.(do write the section numbers if you remember it, this gives good impression to the examiner)

In second para you should try to correlate the question's case to the above mentioned provisions(like what mentioned in given case and what the law says)

and in the last para you should give the conclusion by correlating the above two paragraphs.
