Dear Friend,
I am presently undergoing articleship training . I intimated my principal about my intention to go for industrial training during last 12 months. But my prinicipal refused to give consent for termination on the ground Form 102(deed entered for 3.5 Years articleship training). Moreover the Principal is saying that the principal had trained me for 2 years and want to reap the benefit for 1.5 year more.
I dont want to quit by fight. Is there any way to quit with mutual consent.?
Can the principal refuse to give consent using Form 102 as a weapon?
