i cleared my inter in june 2012 and will be appearing for final in december 2013.
i have been working in a transport organisation since august 2011 which has annual turnover of more than 50 lacs..
so can i claim exeption for practical training and appear in dec 2013.

Yes an Organisation in Service Oriented Industry, Should have its T/o of Gross Receipts above 50 Lakhs for the Previous FY as per their Audited Accounts, & you will be Granted Exemption from Practical Training in ICWAI.
Exemption will be for the Equivalent Period of Your service
