It is mandatory for ICWA final students who wants to appear DEC. 2013 onwards, have  to register on or before 1Apr 2013 to appear in the ICWA Dec.2013 exams after completing 6 months training.

In nutshell to appear in Dec. 2013 Final Exam a student must have completed training of 6 months upto 30 Sep.2013 to get the eligibility of Final exams.  

what if..a person is already engaged in going cs or ca training..?? is there any way out?

Dear Sonam 

If you already engaged in CA or CS training then you must to quit currently running training to start another training like CWA  etc.

Because CWA training also requires 35 hours in a week.

No exemption on behalf of CA articleship in ICWA.

And no idea about Cs training by which in ICWA training exemption can be sought or not.
