There are many certification courses on GST but the 1st stage is on compliance that will be Registeration and Returns so first you need to learn that.

Then the next stage will be what will require Hardwork from your side and that will be reading all the acts i.e CGST,IGST,UTGST and have a hold of the provisions of each chapter and you can understand easily here as you would also have prior knowledge of ther earlier laws 

For example Place of Provision Rules and Tie of Supply Rules are almost same with some changes, This could only be known by going through both the acts& their Rules.
