If u want to add entries in your bank book then u can do it but bank statement is issued by bank and bank will not provide any facility to make entries in back dated. So, whatever be the situation, just accept the mistake.

U can credit/ collect  some cheques from yr. relatives or entry in your relative names , that will increase your bank balance in books of account,. not even to 14-15 lacs in in Crores. U can keep in bank reconciliation statement . Che presented but not creited by Bank as on 31.03.2009 or whatever period U want. Need not to laugh, U can do in this way. Neet not to approach to FM. Bye.

U need not to prove any thing.U deposit the che on last day of month. Your books balance will increase. it will appear in bank statement as uncleared balance.
