Power of attorney- Partnership

Dear All

I need format of Power of Attorney authorising one Partner of the Firm to sign on behalf of the other Partner (the other partner is a software professional and he is going to abroad for the next two years. The said partners were already entered into a deed of dissolution and in future any signs are required then the PoA will be useful. The fact of the dissolution will also be motioned in PoA.

Its a bit urgent.
