I have incorporated pvt ltd co a week ago, now what type of legal formalities that co has to follow and any perscribed statutory books that co has to maintain [formate if any]etc.
Kindly provide the details for co has to adhere along with format for share register or any statutory books.

First pass a board resolution. Appoint a Chartered Accountant, open a corporate bank account etc.
Books required is Share Register. Print the Share certificate, get seals, maintain accounting books.
