i have compleated my artical ship on sep. 2010 but my employer refuses to sign the form 108. so i have submitted the form without the signature of employer. ON ICAI database there were pendency in my articalship which will compleated with sign of employer ????????????
plz help what i should do............as i told the problem in institute but till i have not receive any positive responce.....
What do u mean by "i told the problem in institute but till i have not receive any positive responce....."??? Did u give a written application/complaint? When did you give it? And why is your boss not signing?? The institute will not entertain your complaint unless theres a valid serious reason....tell me in detail ur problem....(thru a personal message, if u want)
surrender to your auditor, now he only the GOD... why do you submit the form with out his signature. Appologise to both the auditor and the institute to make smooth hereafter
