hi frnds..plz help me with my doubts
my first year articles period will be compelte by this 19th oct 2012..i want to take transfer but my principal told me that he will keep signature on form 109 on 11th oct 2012..shall i come under with in 1 year of articleship transfer. ICAI will keep any restrictions for just 10 days to complete 1 year articles plz give the reply...
even single day gap is enough to take tranfer,but register immediately as early as possible for the next dont waste rime ,u will know the value of a single day during the end of ur articles

there will not be any problem from icai
just fill form 109,and duly signed by pricipal,and send it to icai with in 30 days
and register with new employer by filling form103,102,112(if required),
but make sure about ur principal acceptance about transfer
recently i have taken transfer and successfully registered with new one
