i m going to write my final exm in this nov10.but my principal don't allow me leave even if i told him that i will extend my articleship .Any how i m not able to continue there any more.so i decided to take trnsfer from there.
i am serving my last 12 months of articleship period,
kindle advice me what to do????
if i write to the ICAI that due to difference in opinion with my principal regarding leave i need transfer????
Is it a valid ground for transfer????
if yes, den how long it will take?????weather it will effect my exm appearance ???
kindly suggest me '' becoz i m in hurry.....
