Dear friends,

i have joined Article Ship on 7th September 2007

and i have taken 260 days (excluding weekly holidays) in this weekly holidays are 38 days

i have conveyed my interest to join industrial training but my sir is not giving me termination

and he wanted to enxtend my article ship plz tell me how many days my sir can extend my article ship and what should i do if he has not given me termination.

plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me i am in trouble

260 days is a big number!... you can't join industrial training untill the termination of the articleship (including extended holidays)... sorry to say but first complete the extension and then approach for termination...you can't end this matter by transfer/industrial training but only by following the Regulations and the clause for such termination. Hope caclub members find out something better to ease your difficulty. Regards!

Wait for 1 more month....With the change in president transfer rules may change and u can take transfer to another CA. otherwise u can opt for secondment of articleship.

sonal, even if new president comes.. he can't exempt his such a long leave.... i mean, 260 days., yaar kya kar raha tha??????....nywz, the only option is to sit with ur boss, topi pehna 3-4 mahine baithke.., if he's conveynced, well & fine... othervise extension is the only scope...
