Plz help its urgent

Hi Friends, I Registered for Both groups of IPCC with the amount of Rs. 11,300/- ( Including Articleship ) in Jan,2011 And I Received Registration letter from ICAI as " Students Registration letter for both groups of IPCC ". It is not mentioned any where in the letter that i registered for Articles also.  I passed IPCC in Nov,2011 exams and now applying for articleship.

    Now my doubt is - Shall i register for articles again ? coz i dont have any payment vitnes of Rs.11,300/-

Plzzzz friends help me in this regard....
