Plz Help CA Final Old

1 I got an exemption in MAY 2009 exam, For how many attempts this exemption is valid ? support with icai link if possible

2. If i cudn't able to clear Final in November attempt then Do i get automatic transfer to New Course or I need to take Admission in New course ?

3. Shifting to Final New course : Can i shift to New course after giving my Old course exam in November ? or I need to wait for Result ?
