i m final level student.. i done my 20 months articalship.. now my family is shifting.. so what is procedure to change articalship????????
on which grounds i can change my articalship..
is that posible to transger articalship?????? what proof i have to submitt with form no 108 109???????????????????

u can only take transfer if the reason of shifting is the transfer of ur father/mother in current service. Otherwise as per rule u r not eligible to take transfer.

but my father is retired.... so what can i do? my family is shifting from delhi to jalandher.......
or...... mughe akela rehne se dar legta hai...................

BUT RULE IS RULE.
metlab koi rashta nahi hai.........
As per the current rule there is no way. But if the rule may change than it will be possible.
