dear member,
i m an article assistent. i commenced office before 2 month but i submittd articleship registration form after 1 month from the date of commencement (with rs 100 penality ). yesterday i got a letter from icai saying "please submit a request from employer for condonation of delay in submission of the form"..
what should i do ????

You will have to Give the reason of late submission of your articleship registraion form on the letter head of your CA under which your are taking training and submit it in the ICAI Institute it is only verification through the principal enployer by ICAI Institute
