you need to give your regional council a hand written letter about the change of your name.If you have changed your earlier(existing) name you need to attach a copy of the official gazette.take two copies of the letter.get an acknowledgement in one as a proof for submission of the letter.your name in records will be changed within 20 days.
U can contact to ur local ca chapter. They will help u to come out of the problem. one my friend has the same issue was solved by pune chapter.
