I've completed my 3 n 1/2 yrs articleship but my CA is not forwarding Form 108 to the institute. He has signed all the documents and kept them with himself & not forwarding them. its already 4 months late & form is not sent yet. pls guide me.... what should i do as i've appeared in nov 11 exam & my result may get with held. Ca is not receiving my call & also not available at his office.
I think you should personally have a chat with your CA and figure out the reason for his misbehavior. Tell him the consequences of not submitting form 8 within time.
You may later on involve your family. But first try to resolve at your level.
