I had submitted application letter for transfer on 14th of June but not got any letter from the Institute yet. Please suggest me what shall I do.

hiii..just communicate wth the institute yaar otherwise it may happens tht ur articleship gt short in institutes record.
There is nothing new in it. You have to contact them personally. Making delay is ICAI's habit.

hey chandani the same problem i faced but it takes time....atleat 2-3 months
i got my transfer letter in the 4th or 5 th month
