Hi...I am taking transfer from my current firm... My joining date is 24th Oct 2013. My principal is showing 5 months 28 days absence or leave taken by me (though it is not true). But if I need transfer I have to agree on his terms. My 1st exam term i.e. my 2.5 year exam term falls on May 2016.My 2nd firm wont be showing any leave as I will be doing it under my relative (because I dont have any choice). So, I want to know whether my exam term will be delayed?? Pls help...its really urgent...Thank You..

its depend on ur final date khushbu whether attempt will delayed or not

My articleship completion date is on 23rd Oct 2016 and if till completion of my 2.5 years of articleship the figure is intact at 5 months 28days...so am I eligible to give exams after 2.5 year of articleship ??
Yes.you are eligible to write may 2016 exam.

Your principal is 100% correct,your attempt will be delayed. ICAI Will surely take action against students who take articleship under their relatives.
I agree with Aatish Gupta. I myself have gone through this and my attempt was delayed by 1.5 yrs.
no ur xam date will not postpone bcoz as ur leave shown by ur previous employer will be fulfilled under ur current employer....so dnt wry take transfer
