Yes , If you are dispatching your form by post to your ICAI regional office, then averagely you will get your study materials within one month. But If you want your study materials immediately, then you have to go to your ICAI regional office, and submit your form by hand.

Well I have done fully self-study for CPT, and cleared also. Be remember CA is a totally a correspondence course, and it requires only self-study. Private coachings are fully optional.
