i have 285 days of CREDIT WITH ME as i used to work for 10 hrs a day during articleship.
Now the problem is-
i have 333 days of leave during articleship taken for exam attempts
duration of articleship
1-feb-07 to 31-jul-10
as per registration form 3.5 years
keeping in view the above 3 things.. i.e.
CREDIT
LEAVE TAKEN
and DURATION OF ARTICLESHIP
please explain do i have to do articleship extension after 31st July? or is it over after adjusting credit of 285 days.

Period to be served 365days * 3.5years equals 1277 days
Less: Leave taken 333 days
Actual period served 944 days
Leave entitlement [1/6th of 944 days] 157 days
Excess Leave [ 333 - 157 ] 176 days
Adjustment for Days Credit 285 days
Extra days worked 109 days
So as per my calculation you need not have to serve excess articleship period i.e. dont have to work after 31-07-10.
