i agree that articles are an integral part of ca course. but i request  icai to

reduce article ship period for the pe-2 students/pe-2 students  converted to
ipcc (those who initially  joined pe-2 on graduation basis)  after going through

the below paragraphs/lines

the institute made an announcement  a few days back that any one group (  PE-2)
cleared can commence their article ship. there were  many students  who have
cleared at least one group by the time institute discontinued  the pe-2  course
. had the institute made such announcement earlier it  could have saved precious

time of PE-2 students  especially those who  joined on graduation basis into
PE-2 .it allowed PE-1 stream students to  convert to PCC when it was introduced
but denied the same to PE-2  graduation basis students most of the  students
joined into pe-2 are( those who have studied in their mother  tongue/vernacular
language)  .in whole process the

PE-2 students  (graduation basis) suffered a lot . and pcc students were allowed

to do  articles without clearing any group in PCC  .this is gross injustice
done to PE-2 students by ICAI. i request icai  to allow  PE-2 passed students/PE-2

to IPCC converted  students to
appear in final exams after the elapse of one year from the
date of their  final registration  keeping the  articles rules  intact (i.e the
3 years article period)  or reduce article ship period which will be  highly
beatifically to them because of
which they will get an early  attempt of final exams.i kindly request you  to
look into the matter.icai  should consider the above issue  because of  age
factor of pe-2 students(joined on graduation basis), settlement in life ,
job/practice  prospectus . they were  denied of undergoing /completing  articles

like pcc  students.
where pcc students were allowed to start articles without  clearing any group in
pcc which is not so with pe-2 students
