please suggest.

i'm currently in  3rd year of training,ending on feb 12 .pcc course. i'm trying to clear pcc in may 11 attempt.

in these years of training i have learnt almost nothing in different work fields .almost no work in office.always sitting idle for 6 hours.waste of 3.5 yrs of training.cann't take transfer.please suggest future course of action after feb 12.
