Hi friends,

 

myself is biswojit sahoo.  i want to transfer my articleship.  I have joined on 3rd october 2011.  I know that form no 109 is required to fill up.  But my question is if my ca will not sign on form 109 then what will i do ?

then my friend you cannot do anything only

you can only request your partner to sign by showing reason
