You can go for industrial trainig now, by quitting this Firm. Or else take a leave for 4 months concentrate on ur studies pass the exam and then join as an Industrial trainee.

he cant go for industrial training .....................he has just 6 months left !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consult with ur Pricipal and ask him for Secondment...
 

please continue and finish your articleship period and never go for secondment at this time with another chartered accountant .It will be a real blunder which is committed if u do.Better work hard in this situation and try to come out smoothly

sorry, but i suggest u complete ur training first and do studies as well because if principal not cooperate then nothing happens in favour. so manage ur studies with ur training as i had also done this. transfer is not allowed and only 6 mnth left so just complete it. and u r the best judge of urs............. 

There are troubles to take transfers/ termination, especially during the last of articleship. Find a solid reason, or eat golgappas from the street-side from the dirtiest looking vendor, get jaundice and take medical leave for 3-4 months. That would be a good reason for termination. You might even skip the exams... So take a careful jump!

Else forget there's a way out, compromise (you will feel better this way and this one is easiest). You've already spend 2.5 years, spend another 6 months.. Think how you already spent 5, six months (you will see how long and tough it was, but it passed away, ain't it?).. Just do another, only 1/6 time left! See other people around with more time left to do.

Somehow manage your time for studies, forget entertainment/ leisure activities for a while. Or, take leave and don't serve the excess period under him. Do it with some other CA. That's possible!

I think better way to talk to principal smmothly and try to get leave...

just do your study now rest we can see later.

if possible then ask your parents to talk with him on the matter of leave, because many stupid CA (sorry for the bad words, but have to say as i know wat happens when such situation arises) think that once parents are inolved in the matter then it means that there is genuine case...

Try to talk softly to your principle about leave or else transfer. if it will not workout, then i'd advice u continue the articles and complete it, skip an attempt and then prepare well for the next attempt. all the best.
