i want to take transfer on basis of transfer of working parent. Please tell what is the procedure to be follow to get approval from institute. What is relevancy of Form 120?

well, firstly, u gotto get permission from ur local ICAI branch chairman for a request in dis direction..for dis, take a letter from ur CA (on the letterhead) and get it signed from d chrmn..d rest will follow. u need to apply for form 107 (if m not mistaken) for d transfer. attach ur parent's transfer order n other details as reqd in the form..rest will fall in place..
