I have cleared my 1st group in IPCC Nov 12 exams and have to give group 2 + graduation exams both due in may...so should i start articleship now and give only graduation in may and 2nd group in nov...pls help me out in this situation.

Yes, You can exercise this option of appearing in May...
Once you have already cleared your Group 1, you are eligible for articleship and CA Final. thereafter you can apprear Group II at any time withinn the artileship period.

first of all you just join with articles
your principal will give leave for writing your group2 exams
you can write your graduation at some other time when your boss agrees
if you didnt register...unneccesarily it is waste of time only
Its depending on your personal capasity!!! Advisable to avoid Graduation , Priority must be CA.....! One late CA final Attampt will makes dem difference then late Gradulation..think on it
There is no point in delaying the articleship by 6 months as otherwise that will further delay your final attempt. Now if you start your articleship now your final attempt would be in November 15 and if you leave your graduation this year then it will complete in May 2016.
So it would be good to start articleship now, give graduation exams in may and IPCC exams in november
