Institute is there to help members only. They are least bothered about the students and their problems. Try putting a mail to institute, may be they can help u. But u cannot take termination on this basis.

You cannot take transfer on this basis. However, if U have proofs that U were insulted because of your principal and was forced to travel illegally and after that threathened to spoil career U can proceed to get help from ICAI through BOS.

@ Saarika ur a brave gal first of all its really commendable to be travelling in a train wid a waitlisted e-ticket shows ur a brave girl.

Jus in case u didn't know an e-ticket which is waiting list is not a valid ticket as it gets cancelled automatically by railways.

Anyways coming to the issue really not acceptable that ur boss u being a gal too sent u for an Audit widout a confirmed ticket.

Nothing much can be done in ur case. Bt certainly this is something not acceptable at all.

I jus hope that the Inst takes some action in genuine cases like these where articles are harrased and threatened abt their career.

U continue to be brave and confident jus a matter of time in case ur not heard jus hope that times passes away soon.

I am personally ICAI will not take any action against your principal. ICAI is for the members by the members and to the members. So stick on with your current employer. Once you become a member try to change the system, DO not do like your principal to your students. It is advisable you talk to your principal about it. Do not get into unnecessay tussle with ICAI. It pratically impossible to fight ICAI and its members. Just finish articles and come out.

Saarika you should approach to ICAI for the help.

And if icai also refuses to help go for consumer forum.

You will get justice as Such CAs can not use their power in such a way.
