Dear Tanu, Where U have deposited ur form? Have you checked the status with the institute? if not first do it. Today I'd gone to institute & the same thing happened with another guy.He's deposited the registration form but didn't get the reg. no.So the institute told him to fill the Exam form by giving the details of DD No., date & amount. I would suggest please get in touch with main branch and they will give you the registration number if you give them few details.
