Please tell me the date we have to write on Page No.1 (at Bottom) n Page No. 5 in Form 108
I m enclosing Form 108.

1. Both dates must be same
2. It must be date either on or after the date on which u are completing the articles as per the form submitted
3. remember that the form must be submitted within the prescribed period to the institute to avoid late fees and condonation of delay
