Hello all,

Please suggest what should be done in this situation..

Onr of my friend got registered for articleship in july 2012 and got transfer in april 2015 and got signed form no. 109 in same month april 2015...

But due to some reason did not send form to institute... but had left going office and total leave in served period are 175 days.

Please tell can now form be send? Or new form will be required?

Also articleship is not started at new place...

Please tell what should be done..

U can send that form now with late fees.

and continue articleship else where after 2 years? dor some reason want to drop CA till then...

Yes u Can.

after one year of articleship transfer is allowed in specific cases. so in ur case what is the specific reason of transfer u have to inform the institutre.

and after sending 109 to institute, ICAI will rply to u with period for which u have to join with other CA.

I agree with Vinay but just want to know that If the articleship hasn't started yet at the new place, what exactly is your friend planning to do?

She wants to start articleship for left over period after 2 years...as of now..she needs a break....so should we send form now and wait for institutes reply? right?
