I gave PCC this may 2010... though i have been doing articleship..now i want to get exposed to a better firm and want to work as a paid up article.... can i do this??
please do reply... what do i need to tell my present employer for this.......
i want to start as soon as possible.....

Transfer is a bit difficult.
Simply talk to your employer for stipend or salary keeping in view your present workload. Also convey your commitment to your employer regarding your work and fully explore your abilities to prove that you are an asset to the firm.

you can do this but for this you simply tell your employer sir i have financial problem i wanna to help my parents for this i wanna go for artical ship with pay but
in this you will have a problem with transfer you can't take it from your emplyer with in your city area specified by CA institute.
