Dont bother about reval ...their is no point....negative marking plays an important role for getting 99 marks....better luck next time ...try to answer only those questions for which you are sure abt the answer ....

there is no possibility for revalution because CPT paper is corrected by using computer software so dont waste your time & start concentrating on next coming CPT exams.
