you need to contact regional office of the institute from where you have been issued a letter. you might need to give them details of your registration and others & you might need to pay some charges also. but if you know your registration number with institute which was on the registration letter then it doen't affect you whether you have registration letter or not.

DO you have a duplicate xerox copy? If yes, the no need to worry. Just forget..

dere wud be no requirement of cpt registration letter..

in sm few events u need ur CPT registration numbr n as sagar mentioned if u hv xerox den dnt wry
