I was recenlty enrol for aticleship.I signed my all documents but not Form No.102(green colour) as i had a doubt that i might call from good firm any sooner.And i got call from Pwc.
I convey this to my firm.1st they told me they have not sumbitted my document and will return back to me.
now they are telling your forms are submited.
Can it be done validly as my form 102 is NOT signed??.
Plss give me solution.

102 is nothing but an agreement between student and pricipal..
and it is not required to be send to ICAI along with articleship firm TO GET REGISTRATION FOR CA ARTICLESHIP
In my case i have not done 102 at all it all depends on terms between employer and student
if you are waiting for PWC offer you could have delay 103 also,why did u signed on that
i guess only opton left to you is ARTICLESHIP TRANSFER AFTER COMPLETION OF 6 MONTHS TRAINING
