Correct way to treat Articleship Trainee !!!

i need to write in this topic tht wat difficulities i faced n hw it get resolved?

and nt abut treating articleship trainees.....

in this we need to share our personal experinces...so plz help

well miss dolly jain..........nobody can tell u wat difficulties u faced during ur training period............hw idiotic question............it's like asking u had a ice cream and ask us hw it tasted.............write ur experiences........hw u felt........i suggest u sit and close ur eyes and revisit past and share ur exp.......u will definitely come up wid many things............all d best

i am an ipcc studnt n yet nt joined the off bt jst hv 2 show on ppr 4 b.com.....dats y i askd

so u shuld tlk in a manner nd nt lyk saying idiotic question.............

i am askng abt d general problms n nt abt d personal one.........

It depends dolly...

1)general would be stipned issue...well u cant generalise this except for icai interns

2)managing studies with articleship is really hectic except for sudents of high caliber

3)as its pre requisite to complete ca course...Most of Ca's take undue advantage of it & exploit interns by making them work long hours .

4)most of the interns made to dance on the fingers of the principal.

5) when it comes to issues related to articleship ICAI generally washes its hands of the matter.i mean they wil not interfere if intern & principal are at war...& generally student has to bend cos he has to see him as a CA

but everything has an exception...All CA's r not like this...someof them do ve ethics...

just ellaborate on this &  capitalise by adding few of ur points.

well, instead of problems, i can share the challenges faced by an article.

1. Has to manage studies with work

2. Has to wait for long time for completing course, especially if people taking CA after B.com

3. Has to learn more in a short period of time

4. As a student and as a  CA, has to be aware various legislations, also, the frequent changes made in such legislations

There are many more, but i am sorry, i could share only these..

There are few obstacles faced by article students,

Article has to work for long working hours during the year end .ie during tax audit period

Has to fulfill the Work within a stipulated period of time along with the required coaching & studies for CA Course.

Has to go outside for audit work for behalf of the firm disturbs ur coaching & studies.

transfer of articleship is recently restricted by icai from one principle to another.

But these also help us in few ways i.e positive side of articleship.

long sitting capacity without taking break from work.

Knowledge of practical world & access to clients data helps to clear ur concepts.

Dealing with Chartered accountants & clients practically in the business world.

Upgradation of  Knowledge about work & Latest updates related to today's trend about the economy.

I remember one good thought & sharing to u

If u desire learning, forsake ease

if u desire ease, forsake learning

how can a student at ease acquire knowledge,

and how can a learnest  ca student enjoy ease
