i got the job of assistant manager in PSU,, and i am in last 6 months of articleship and till now i have taken only 12 days of leave only,,, as i have already completed 2 years and 6 months articleship,,,mein ab leave par hi rahungi,,toh kya iss time period mein ,,mai PSU join kar sakti hun kyunki mai articleship mein toh regular nahi hun aur 2.5 year complete kar cuki hun.......................

{after joining psu i can take unpaid leave., for the period of articleship ,, so in that period i will not be working}

Basically you want to take leave from your office for 6 months and join PSU as a assistant manager ?

According to my knowlege you cannot do that beacuse that will be consider as dummy by ICAI

For IPCC students leave is allowed of 1/6 of period served . So in that way also you are not eligible for so much leave.

See you are on leave but still you are a article assistant working in firm in view of ICAI, and you cannot engage in other work. So it's better to delay such work if possible otherwise it may create problem for you in future.

Sir you are an article under a principal. Till you complete your full tenure of articleship you are not entitled to join anywhere. On completion of your articleship, you will certificate mentioning the date of completion. Yes, from then onwards you are complete free bird and not now.
