Please give cc revalidation answers

Are you sure...and what if someone applies for exam without revalidating...what are the complications that can arise...can you give your opinion...I am in similar situation.

I found out that claim made in the file you provided is correct. The requirement of holding a valid CC has been cancelled by 25/05/2012 notification.

I called wirc office & they were unsure on this issue. The person who answered my call asked me if any SMS came to me and I answered in negative..He said then ok bhar do...which I presumed meant Exam form.

I am still a bit confused...any further guidance will really help.

But I would rather suggest you to write to studies directorate and get this cleared instead of being in doubt. Now a daysstudies directorate is replying to mails (even not in first mail, sure by one reminder). And share the reply mail received from them on this, so that other students will be benefited.

How this contradiction? Seems the person who has replied you is not up to date. When CC is not required, how can they ban a student for not revalidating the CC?

I am not sure, there must be some twist somewhere, but it is very clear what they are expecting.

Anyways they asked me to send the papers and fill the fees which I am doing now.

However, in case of dispute, I am sure that Institute would have to admit that re-validation is unnecessary since they have themselves made that regulation.

But then again, the communication was official and quite explicit.
