Is Pancard  required in the Firm’s Name  for a Chartered Accountant Firm(Sole proprietorship)  to file the return of the Firm or Can the return of the Firm  be filed  by using the pan card of the soleproprietor in his individual name?

no need of seprate PAN Card in case of sole proprietorship.

there is no  need for PAN card in firms name if proprietor have a pan of his name already.

Dear Amulya

Prop. Firm run by a single person and totally responsilities and liabilities are only of that Proprietor.

So, no need to PAN of Firm. Only Prop PAN is needed.
