Place of provision of services rules,2012 rule 6 :"services ancillary to such admission"
My doubt is that service of courier agency used for distribution of entry tickets for an event is service that is not ancillary to admission to the event. Then under which rule will this be covered and why????

From whom the Courier agnecy is receiving the consideration for such service?
It is receiving the consideration from that event organiser..my doubt is which rule of POPOS will decide the place of provision of service provided by courier agency for distribution of tickets of that event
