What will be the place of "First Annual General Metting" as per The Bangladesh (Companies) Act 1994. Can it held in India or will be held only in Bangladesh only ?

Hello,
All the general Meetings of the company may be held at the registered office of the company or such other place as may be decided by the Board of Directors from time to time. Meetings can also be held via video conferencing.
81. of the act, doesn't mentions about the place for general meeting.
