Hi, I have a PFA hearing at ITAT - Hyderabad. I filed a appeal against CIT (A). I have 2 questions.

First, what is a PFA hearing and the second is how do I know if the hearing is via video call? Will I get a link in the email?

I filed a new appeal and looking for an expert to advice....Please help !!

1.You will have to justify your contention with references to income tax act section and case laws.
2.Is the intimation email silent on mode of hearing? Seek clarification on email before date of hearing. If it's virtual then link will be available in portal or in email.
