Pf withdrawal from old company

Hi,

I worked for Wipro 6 months starting from Dec 2015 to May 2016. Later I joined another company. 

Neither I transfer nor withdraw that PF amount. Now I wanted to withdraw that PF amount. When I try to check the PF amount balance in "https://www.epfindia.com", nothing is reflecting and seems that account is not updated in the portal.

Can someone help me in withdrawing the PF amount?
