How to resolve this issue in EPF

The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs : 10107915XXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. If this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility.

The is something which is miss-matching with your current and previous UAN KYC Details. You can check the same to correct all the miss-matches if possible. Like name, Date of Birth, Father Name, Spelling Mistake, etc. The system will flag any difference as Missmatch otherwise you can manually request for the withdrawal by visiting concerned EPF office

But why is showing the message of linking the bank account to another UAN number in the portal.

hi, I am also facing the same issue. 

I did a partial withdrawal few months back and would like to go for withdrawal of remaining amount. I didnt face any issue last time and the amount got credited to my account. If I select the claim option now I am getting the same error as below

"The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs : 10019054XXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. If this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility."

Can you guide me on what needs to be done ?

Hi All,

I am facing similar issue however in my case the other UANs are not part of my previous organizations. I have just one UAN which is active as of now.

I never faced this issue in these years and due to covid, getting a response from PF team is impossible.

The bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs : 10000083XXXX, 10011374XXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. If this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility.

Kindly advice/ guide on what needs to be done to solve it.

Me too facing the exact same issue while trying for claim. I had already claimed twice before without any problem. What to do now?

I have received below Email related to this issue from EPF i Grievance Management System

It is to inform you that UAN can not be deactivated. You are advised to correct member details of PF a/c number, whichever is wrong by submitting joint declaration duly signed by the concerned employer and employee in concerned EPFO office. OR you can submit the request on line through UAN portal. The link is www.epfindia.com.....our services.......Member UAN( UAN and password)........Manage.........modify basic Data..

 

If Anyone have right solution than share with other.

The UAN mentioned in the error is not mine 

is this error something to be related with SBI account linked to the UAN?How many of you have SBI account linked to respective UAN?

Dear All Member 

If You face ongoing issue related to Bank Error in your UAN than you update another Bank Account and verify from your employer.

Then you can process Online Claim

Since, UAN is a Universal Account Number for all your member ids there should be single UAN for single person, this is the basic concept of epf.  Now I think you need to update your kyc for all other UAN accounts already activated.  I suggest you to get in touch with your employer or epfo office to find out the solution on this.
